We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic and collaborative engineering team. In this role, you'll lead the development of scalable, high-performance applications, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisions that shape the future of our platform. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions at scale.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to help them grow professionally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.
Must Have
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proven experience with modern backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Node.js, Django).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native architectures.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.
